Shipping:
My standard US shipping method is USPS first-class with delivery confirmation. I do my best to ship either same-day or the business day after I receive an order or after a custom order is finished. International packages are shipped First Class International. (Canadians, if the actual shipping cost for your order is substantially lower than the international flat rate, I will make an appropriate refund.)
If you order from both this shop and my Etsy shop at the same time, I’ll happily refund the extra shipping charges.
Returns/Exchanges:
I hope that everything from my shop meets your expectations as well as mine. If something is wrong, please contact me to work out a solution.
I cannot be responsible for the differences in color representation between my monitor and yours. If you’re concerned about the exact color of an item, please ask before ordering it.
If an item is damaged during shipping, I will cover return shipping costs. Return shipping for other returns or exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
If you would like an item shipped as a gift, please ensure that the correct shipping address is included as the PayPal ship-to address.
Other:
Everything is from a non-smoking home with one cat. I don’t intentionally card cat fur, nor does the cat sleep in the wool, but he does shed nearby.
Products containing mohair and/or angora (rabbit) are labeled as such.
